Ensuring Business Continuity For Newham Council

Nexus has successfully installed new furniture and IT infrastructure across three floors of Newham Council’s Dockside Road building, over a single weekend.

The project comprised reconfiguring the first and third floors to create space for users on the second floor so they could move in with existing furniture and technology as well as new equipment.

Given the short time frame, we consolidated all new furniture and components at our warehouse in London ahead of the move. Over two days, our removal and installation specialists packed, moved and fitted every piece of furniture, under a Nexus supervisor, who carried out quality checks.

Overall, we supplied 100 new workstations, storage units, meeting room suites, soft furnishings and desktop IT equipment, and ensured business continuity throughout.
